忱義工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司受招標(biāo)人委托對(duì)下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性招標(biāo)，于2018年09月19日在中國(guó)國(guó)際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)、中國(guó)招標(biāo)投標(biāo)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)發(fā)布公告。本次招標(biāo)采用傳統(tǒng)招標(biāo)方式，現(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。
Commissioned by the tenderer, Chenyi Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd will carry out international competitive bidding for the following goods and services and publicize bidding announcement on the China International Bidding Website, Public Service Platform for Tendering and Bidding in China and China Government Procurement Website on September 19nd, 2018. The project will adopt the traditional bidding method and qualified bidders are invited to participate in the ICB for the project.

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):（1）有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從忱義工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件；（2）本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。凡具備承擔(dān)本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的能力并具備規(guī)定的資格條件的企事業(yè)單位，均可針對(duì)本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目向招標(biāo)人提出投標(biāo)申請(qǐng)；（3）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)按照《機(jī)電產(chǎn)品國(guó)際招標(biāo)投標(biāo)實(shí)施辦法》第三十八條規(guī)定在中國(guó)國(guó)際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)；如為代理商投標(biāo)，須提供設(shè)備制造商針對(duì)本項(xiàng)目出具的授權(quán)委托書或產(chǎn)品經(jīng)銷協(xié)議和設(shè)備制造商的售后服務(wù)承諾；如為設(shè)備制造商投標(biāo)，須提供依法成立的相關(guān)證明資料（復(fù)印件）；
Bidder qualifications or performances required: (1) The qualified bidders with bidding intention may obtain the further information and bidding documents from the Chenyi Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd; (2) Joint bidding is not allowed in this project. The enterprises and institutions that have the ability to undertake the project and have the required qualifications may propose the bidding application to the tenderee of the project; (3) According to the “Implementation Measures for International Competitive Bidding for Mechanical and Electrical Products” Article 38, the bidders should register on http://www.chinabidding.com; If the bidding is undertaken by the agent, the agent should provide the exclusive letter of attorney or the product distribution agreement issued by the manufacturer for the project and the after-sales service warranty of the equipment manufacturer; If the bidding is undertaken by the manufacturer, the manufacturer should provide the relevant certification documents (copies) on company establishment;

其他補(bǔ)充說明:投標(biāo)廠商網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)：根據(jù)商務(wù)部有關(guān)規(guī)定，投標(biāo)人在投標(biāo)登記之前應(yīng)及時(shí)在中國(guó)國(guó)際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)（http://www.chinabidding.com），并將由投標(biāo)人加蓋公章的招投標(biāo)注冊(cè)登記表及工商營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（復(fù)印件）提交至招標(biāo)網(wǎng)；境外投標(biāo)人提交依法成立的相關(guān)證明資料（復(fù)印件），投標(biāo)人無印章的，提交由單位負(fù)責(zé)人簽字的投標(biāo)登記表。
