Commissioned by the tenderer, Chenyi Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd will carry out international competitive bidding for the following goods and services and publicize bidding announcement on the China International Bidding Website, China Procurement and Bidding Website and China Government Procurement Website on November 21. 2018. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:（1）有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從忱義工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件；（2）本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。凡具備承擔(dān)本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的能力并具備規(guī)定的資格條件的企事業(yè)單位，均可針對本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目向招標(biāo)人提出投標(biāo)申請；（3）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)按照《機(jī)電產(chǎn)品國際招標(biāo)投標(biāo)實(shí)施辦法》第三十八條規(guī)定在中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)上注冊；（4）如為代理商投標(biāo)，須提供設(shè)備制造商針對本項(xiàng)目出具的唯一授權(quán)委托書或產(chǎn)品經(jīng)銷協(xié)議和設(shè)備制造商的售后服務(wù)承諾；如為設(shè)備制造商投標(biāo)，須提供依法成立的相關(guān)證明資料（復(fù)印件）。
The bidder shall have the following qualifications or performances: (1) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and access the bidding documents from Chenyi Engineering Project Management Co. The bidder’s online registration: According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Commerce, the bidders shall register on the China International Bidding Website (http://www.chinabidding.com) before registering for submitting a bid, and submit the bid registration form and business license(photocopy) with the office seal of the bidder to the bidding website; For relevant evidence materials (photocopy) provided by an oversea bidder for proving that the bidder was established according to laws, if the bidder has no office seal, the bid registration form signed by the bidder head shall be provided.
